Manager

Description:
Coordinates to schedule and deploy resources

Assists in estimating and management of Utility
Division operations, work processes, and support systems

Ensures timely, accurate and consistent daily field data
collection (for labor, equipment, production) generated
by utility field supervision

Attends weekly Resource Scheduling meetings to assists in
establishing overall resource schedule

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years field and/or construction utility experience
(water, sewer, storm)

Prior supervisory experience and skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus

College Degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or
Construction Management

Excavating Dirt Superintendent

Description:
Managing multiple foremen and excavating crews
(equipment operators, grade checkers, laborers)

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years heavy highway construction experience

Minimum 5 years supervisory experience

Able to work independently

Good organizational skills

Good communications and interpersonal skills (written and
verbal)

Good computer skills; knowledge of P6 and Heavy Jobs a plus

Bi-lingual skills (Spanish) a plus

Degree preferred but not required
