Requirements:
3-4 years accounting experience in the construction industry
Coursework in Accounting
Computer skills to include accounting programs and Microsoft
Office with a proficiency in excel
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to take charge of tasks and resolve issues independently

10 years experience with shop and field repairs for on-road
vehicles
5 years supervisory experience
Ability to work nights and weekends, as required
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
at all levels of the organization
Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required
